The Wedgetail Adventure kit for the Venture
Each kit is made for the Maxliner Venture on one ute: the Isuzu D-MAX 2020 on, the Mazda BT-50 2020 on and the Toyota HiLux 2015 to 2025, all dual cab. The platform bolts to the OE holes on the canopy, is powder coated aluminium with glass reinforced nylon, and comes with a wind deflector. Wedgetail Adventure is the touring range, with a warranty of 10 years.

How much weight a Venture canopy rack can carry
- The rack rating: one dynamic rating per Wedgetail solution, shown in the tables above and on each product page, held 100% off-road. Static is 3.5 x dynamic.
- Maxliner's roof rating: Maxliner's Venture canopy page lists 150 kg dynamic and 350 kg static, and its news post of 8 July 2026 says the rating was raised to those figures across the full range. The same page still quotes 120 kg dynamic and 300 kg static in another section, so confirm the figure for your canopy with Maxliner.
- The lower figure applies. Compare the Wedgetail rating for your kit with Maxliner's figure, and count the rack's own weight, the accessories and the load.
