Roof racks for an ARB canopy
Wedgetail makes racks for ARB canopies as well as for the cab roof. For the Ford Ranger from 2022 there is a Wedgetail Adventure platform on the Ascent canopy, and for the Isuzu D-MAX from 2012 to 2020 an Adventure platform with the Wedgetail ARB canopy kit.
The Oval Steel range adds ARB Classic combination racks, for example for the Ranger T6.2 dual cab, the HiLux N80 dual cab, the Triton MQ/MR dual cab and the D-MAX RT dual cab. What the rating difference means
On a Wedgetail, the dynamic rating listed for your vehicle is the figure on sealed and unsealed roads alike, and the static rating for camping is 3.5 times that. ARB's product page lists the payload but no separate static or off-road figure, so check ARB's fitting instructions for the figures that apply to your vehicle. The vehicle maker's roof limit applies to any rack; the Ford Ranger guide lists each Wedgetail fitment with its rating.
Accessory compatibility
The lip around a Wedgetail platform is there for strength. Some third-party accessories need a 10 mm spacer to clear it, and with that they fit. There is no Wedgetail spacer kit; the accessory compatibility guide explains the lip and the spacer.
